A leading exponent of the generation of thirty-year-olds, the American pianist and composer Emmet Cohen is an authoritative representative of the nouvelle vague of contemporary jazz who maintains a firm bond with the past but is projected towards the future with the mind. In 2019 he won the American Pianists Award. The pianist will also hold a special master class, The Power of Jazz, aimed not only at pianists.
